Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue generation. Key tasks include lead outreach, appointment setting, market research, and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals. This is a Full-Time, Part-Time or Intern based position that is Virtual/Hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT. Pay is fully commission based to start and is negotiable at predetermined milestones. Highly Self Motivated and Ability to work independently for portions of the day Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain Business Relationships Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus Funnel Management - Leads Will Be Provided and Ready for Outreach & Onboarding
