What You'll Do
Develop and standardize security system playbooks and design standards for large enterprise clients
Review and validate AI-generated designs and technical documentation
Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the development cycle for AI design automations.
Engage with clients to capture requirements and ensure design accuracy
Serve as an internal subject matter expert, informing product direction and innovation
What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands‑on experience designing security systems - CCTV, Access Control (ACS), and Intrusion Detection (IDS)
Strong working knowledge of industry platforms:
Lenel, C-Cure, Bosch, Axis
Advanced proficiency in
Autodesk AutoCAD
Familiarity with
Autodesk Revit
is an advantage
Clear communicator, comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
Positive, collaborative attitude with a genuine customer-service mindset
Location
Fully remote
