
Territory Sales Manager

We’re growing! IceCure Medical is expanding our U.S. commercial team and we’re looking for strong talent in Southern California and Tampa / Orlando. The ideal candidate brings breast oncology or breast surgery call point experience and a passion for helping physicians deliver patient-centered care through innovative cryoablation technology, offering women a less invasive treatment option designed to improve overall patient experience. Job Scope & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to meet and exceed sales goals, driving strong adoption across your region Build and nurture strong relationships with clinical and business stakeholders to gain consensus to navigate purchasing process in complex sales environment - to secure long-term partnerships and expand our customer base Provide Clinical expertise and hands-on support through training, in-servicing, and procedural assistance in outpatient clinics, physician offices, radiology centers, and interventional suites. Recognized as a clinical expert and trusted advisor to customers by understanding industry trends and the company position in the market. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product adoption, outstanding customer experience, and measurable results At least 3 years of medical device experience with a successful track record Experience with women’s health or oncology is a strong advantage Experience in launching new products, market entry and handling competitive barriers Skilled at negotiating pricing agreements, handling pricing objections, and strong reimbursement knowledge Possess excellent communication, presentation, customer service, combined with strong executive presence Ability to translate complex medical and technical information into clear, compelling messages for diverse hospital and clinical audiences Willingness to travel 50% of the time, often with short notice Able to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs. when needed. Must meet all vendor credentialing requirements
