Director of Sales – EMEA
to drive commercial growth across
Europe, the Middle East, and Africa .

used by pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical, and research organisations worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and execute the
EMEA sales strategy
to drive revenue and market growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop
regional sales leaders and teams .
Take
P&L responsibility
for the regional sales organisation.
Build strong relationships with
key customers, distributors, and strategic partners .
Lead
high-level negotiations with major accounts .
Identify
new markets, segments, and growth opportunities .
Partner with
marketing, operations, and product teams
to align commercial strategy.
Provide strategic insight to executive leadership to support
long-term business growth .
Master’s degree required (MBA is a plus), ideally in
life sciences or biotech .
8–10+ years of senior sales leadership experience
in life sciences, laboratory equipment, or scientific solutions.
Proven success leading
international teams and complex sales channels .
Strong commercial mindset with a
track record of revenue growth .
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with
CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) .
Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
