Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to grow our industrial, aerospace, defense, and space market segments. This role focuses on technical sales of engineered products, managing customer accounts, developing new business, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver custom shock and vibration solutions.
Location In‑office preferred, Remote/Hybrid considered
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer accounts across industrial and aerospace markets.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of technical sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineered products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience selling into aerospace, defense, or space markets.
Knowledge of shock, noise, and vibration mechanical isolation systems.
Experience with OEMs, technical buying teams, or government/defense contracting.
Hard Skills
Technical sales expertise for engineered products.
Ability to explain complex solutions and collaborate with engineering teams.
Soft Skills
Strong account management and new business development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
