We provide professional security guard services for businesses, events, and organizations throughout the Mid-South. Our mission is simple - to keep people, property, and operations safe through reliable, well-trained personnel and proactive service. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base across Tennessee, and Mississippi.
About the Role
This hybrid inside/outside sales position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll generate new business within a 200-mile radius of Memphis while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll engage with decision-makers and sell services that make a tangible difference in the community.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and presentations for prospective clients
Develop proposals and pricing plans tailored to client security needs
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with operations to guarantee smooth service delivery
Track and report sales activity using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (service or security industry preferred, but candidates from staffing, alarm, or other service industries encouraged)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with the Memphis area and surrounding region
What We Offer
$50,000 base salary + commission
Mileage/vehicle allowance
