Job Overview We are seeking motivated sales development representatives to generate interest, qualify prospective leads, and build a pipeline for our sales organization.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach

Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and decision‑making authority

Schedule discovery calls and consultations for senior sales team members

Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM tools

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals

Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions

Qualifications

Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required

Strong phone presence and written communication skills

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow‑up

Self‑motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment

Goal‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales

Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
