Alma Lasers . This is a high-stakes, "Leader of Leaders" role designed for a master closer with an exceptional track record in capital equipment. You will be responsible for driving seven-figure revenue growth while simultaneously acting as a mentor, recruiter, and strategist for Territory and Area Sales Managers across your region. This is not a role for a passive manager; it requires a high-energy director who will personally move prospects through the full sales cycle, conduct product demonstrations, and close high-value, emotional, and technical deals. Job Responsibilities

Regional Revenue Leadership: Own and exceed an aggressive seven-figure regional sales quota through direct sales and team support

Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, mentor, and coach high-performing sales representatives to build the strongest field team in North America

Complex Closing: Assist Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in navigating and closing high-sensitivity, high-value capital equipment deals

Market Expansion: Generate high-intent leads through cold calling and strategic networking within the plastic surgery and dermatology sectors

Full-Cycle Execution: Manage multiple time-sensitive opportunities, delivering technical product demos and overcoming complex clinical objections

Strategic Collaboration: Leverage clinical specialists and partner personnel to validate technology and ensure long-term customer success and margin integrity

Operational Rigor: Maintain meticulous CRM (Salesforce) records and provide executive-level pipeline reports (weekly/quarterly) to global leadership

Brand Representation: Serve as a keynote brand ambassador at national industry conventions and medical events

Experience & Sales Mastery

Minimum of 2+ years of high-level sales experience is REQUIRED (preferably in aesthetic lasers, surgical devices, or medical capital equipment)

Leadership DNA: Proven track record of not only meeting quotas but developing and mentoring other successful sales professionals

The "Hunter" Mentality: Deep experience in aggressive lead generation and "cold start" territory development

Competitive Background: We prioritize talent from direct competitors (InMode, Candela, BTL) or elite high-activity B2B sectors (ADP, Cintas, E. & J. Gallo)

Skills & Requirements

Emotional Intelligence: Expert at closing "emotional" value-driven sales with physicians and business owners

Technical Aptitude: Ability to master and communicate complex clinical and engineering data regarding laser technology

Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Physical & Travel Requirements

High Mobility: 60% travel required across the assigned region

Physical Stamina: Ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally move equipment up to 80 lbs
