Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level | Remote – Southeast Region)
Location: Fully remote — candidates must reside in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, or Georgia.

In this role, you'll manage your own book of business, reconnect with warm leads, and turn conversations into revenue. You'll receive hands‑on training, daily team support, and access to leaders who value outcomes over micromanagement.
What’s in it for you:
Hourly base pay averaging
$35–40K annually
(includes 5 hours of guaranteed OT per week)
On-target earnings of
$55–60K , with top performers earning
$100K+
Commission on your own book of business
Fully remote role with structured training and coaching
Direct access to a District Sales Manager who supports your growth
What you’ll do:
Make 250+ outbound calls each week to prospects and former clients
Re‑engage warm leads and generate new business opportunities
Manage and grow your pipeline using a CRM
Communicate consistently via phone and email to close deals
Participate in daily team video calls (camera required)
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 year of inside sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships
Self‑disciplined and organized in a remote work environment
Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals
