Role Overview:

The Agent Collaboration & Partnership (ACP) organization integrates New York Life’s core agent growth programs — Agent Mentoring Program (AMP), District Agent (DA), Agent Teaming (ATP), and Professional Alliance (PAP) — into a unified enterprise capability. These programs support agent development, leadership progression, collaboration, and growth across the Agency distribution system. As ACP continues to scale—particularly with the national expansion of Agent Teaming—strong operational execution and coordination are critical to delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience for agents and field leaders. This role serves as the central authority for how ACP is positioned, communicated, and promoted internally and externally. The Director ensures that ACP programs are clearly understood, compellingly presented, and supported with high‑quality materials that drive participation, productivity, and enterprise alignment.

This position partners closely with the Head of ACP, Field Operations, Program Operations, and the enterprise Marketing department.

What You’ll Do Executive & Enterprise Communications

Develop and manage enterprise‑level communications that articulate ACP strategy, performance, and impact

Prepare senior leadership presentations, board‑ready materials, and enterprise updates

Translate program outcomes, insights, and strategic direction into clear, compelling executive narratives

Partner with the Head of ACP to align messaging with enterprise priorities

Ensure consistent, accurate positioning of ACP within the broader Field Operations value stream

Field Communication & Promotion of ACP

Own the field‑facing promotion strategy for ACP as a unified platform

Design and execute campaigns that increase awareness, enrollment, and engagement

Develop and maintain clear messaging frameworks explaining how ACP programs connect and complement one another

Coordinate communication timing with enrollment cycles and program milestones

Partner with FX Enablement to ensure clarity and consistency in field delivery

Program‑Specific Communications & Initiative Leadership

Lead communication strategy for AMP, DA, Agent Teaming, and Professional Alliance individually

Develop program‑specific positioning that drives participation and productivity

Own communication plans for new initiatives, enhancements, and program expansions

Partner with Program Operations to ensure communication supports execution

Identify opportunities to drive engagement and initiative adoption through targeted messaging

Agent‑Facing Marketing Enablement & Enterprise Marketing Liaison

Serve as ACP’s primary liaison to the enterprise Marketing department

Lead the development, design, and implementation of marketing materials that ACP participants can use with clients and prospects

Oversee creation of compliant, on‑brand toolkits and collateral for agents across AMP, DA, Teaming, and PAP

Coordinate review and approval processes with Compliance and Legal where applicable

Ensure consistency in messaging between internal program positioning and external agent‑facing materials

Maintain and refresh program content based on field feedback, performance insights, and program changes

Ensure materials remain accurate, current, and aligned to program guidelines

Partner with the Program Operations Lead to address recurring field questions through improved content

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required

5–7+ years in communications, marketing enablement, or program promotion

Experience working with sales professionals, advisors, or field leadership preferred

Strong written, synthesis, presentation and verbal communication skills

Exceptional PowerPoint and Word skills a must

Experience working with marketing and compliance partners preferred

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Collaborative work style and leadership presence with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of advisors, field managers, stakeholders across the organization

Self‑starter with a passion to deliver results

Pay Transparency Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre‑hire fingerprinting.
