Role: Telco Strategy - Principal

Role Overview The Principal position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience. Initial responsibilities include day‑to‑day leadership of client projects, managing complex programs, guiding and influencing clients, engaging fully in business development, creating intellectual capital, developing others, and leading firm‑building activities.

Responsibilities

Providing day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process, teaming with Partners and sharing responsibility.

Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery that meets agreed upon goals.

Guiding and influencing clients across all situations, including execution of the commercial process, becoming trusted advisors.

Engaging fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities.

Creating intellectual capital through thought leadership on a broad range of adjacent topics.

Developing others and building a followership as part of asset building for the firm.

Leading firm‑building activities, modeling firm values, and establishing a strong personal brand inside and outside the firm.

Desired Skills and Experience

7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Communications, Media & Technology industry experience.

Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.

Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced and demanding environments.

Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.

Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).

Salary & Benefits Applicable base salary range: $235K – $265K. In addition to the base salary, the position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
