The Role As
IT Director , you will lead a team of
7 senior NOC & Level‑3 engineers , drive performance, and champion service excellence. You'll be accountable for operational stability, talent development, escalations oversight, and continuous improvement across the engineering and monitoring functions.
This is
not a ticket‑grinder role
— but you will occasionally step into complex escalations and guide high‑impact technical decisions.
What You’ll Do
Lead & mentor a team of senior NOC/L3 engineers
Set priorities, manage performance, and ensure SLA excellence
Work closely with executive leadership on operational strategy
Enhance monitoring platforms & service delivery workflows
Provide oversight & guidance on complex escalations when needed
Support project planning, execution, and quality standards
Build a culture of accountability, growth, and team success
What We’re Looking For
✅ 8+ years of
MSP industry experience
— multi‑client environments a must
✅
Strong leadership background
managing technical teams
✅ Hands‑on knowledge of:
VMware / Citrix
Networking & security practices
PSA/RMM stack performance & tuning
✅ Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent
✅ Strong communicator comfortable interfacing with leadership & clients
✅ Process‑minded, disciplined, and proactive problem solver
