What You’ll Do •Hunt for opportunities — prospect, network, and connect with business owners in need of expert real estate guidance. •Advise as a strategist — help clients navigate site selection, lease negotiations, and renewals with confidence. •Collaborate with the team — leverage Whitebox’s resources, market intel, and national reach to deliver results. •Learn and grow — master market trends, deal structures, and negotiation tactics through hands-on mentorship. What We’re Looking For •A self-starter with relentless drive and a “figure it out” mentality. •Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, and hungry for professional growth. •A team player who values collaboration over ego. •Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. •Bachelor’s degree preferred, but attitude, grit, and performance matter most. •Sales, business development, or real estate experience is a plus — but not required. We’ll train the right person.
