ChemQuest International is hiring for multiple sales roles in the personal care ingredient space, with opportunities across several U.S. territories. Whether you’re an experienced sales manager or an up-and-coming sales professional with industry knowledge, we want to hear from you. Title and territory will be aligned based on experience and fit.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the personal care and cosmetics industry.
Prospect and identify potential customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Present product information to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our raw materials.
Consult with customers to understand their formulation needs and recommend appropriate ingredients.
Negotiate pricing, packaging, and delivery terms to secure long-term agreements.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to sales management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product demand, and market conditions.
Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products.
Work closely with ChemQuest's internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to stay informed about new product offerings and technical insights.
Travel as needed to meet customers, conduct in-person meetings, and attend industry events.
Requirements
Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience in the personal care raw material industry.
Strong understanding of personal care ingredients, their applications, and the formulation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to use CRM and sales software to support business activities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
