Account Manager
to join our vibrant team in Málaga. If you are a native-level Norwegian speaker with a background in technical sales, this is your chance to drive partner success for a major global project while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic link between the company and its partners. You won’t just be hitting targets; you’ll be building lasting loyalty and ensuring our partners are fully equipped to win in their respective markets.
Your Core Mission
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through dedicated partner collaboration.
Partner Engagement:
Build deep loyalty and drive participation in product training and certifications.
Deal Support:
Identify qualified opportunities and provide hands‑on support to partners in closing significant deals.
Market Leadership:
Act as a technical sales advisor, guiding partners through complex project requirements.
✅ Who Are We Looking For?
Linguistic Expertise:
Native or
C2 level Norwegian
and
C1 level English .
Sales Background:
At least
2 years of experience
in technical sales is preferred.
Target-Driven:
You have a proven track record of maximizing revenue and managing partner performance.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
What’s In It For You?
Stability:
Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Weekends off!).
