About Accend Accend is AI-enabled Moody’s Analytics. We’re building the AI infrastructure layer for commercial credit underwriting.

Banks, fintechs, and credit unions still rely on manual financial spreading, fragmented Excel models, back-and-forth document collection, and inconsistent credit memos. We’re replacing that with structured, AI-powered workflows.

We’re backed by Y Combinator (S23 batch), Adverb Ventures, General Catalyst, 645 Ventures, and angels from Anthropic, Stripe, Brex, Carta, etc.

We work with high-growth fintechs and established banks, including companies like Brex, Rippling and Corpay, among others.

We’re scaling aggressively in 2026. As our

first GTM hire , you won’t just join the org - you’ll build it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the revenue engine, define the playbook, and help architect the team that follows.

The Role Accend is hiring its

first GTM operator .

This is not an SDR job. This is not a traditional AE job. This is a

foundational, company-shaping role .

You’ll work directly with

Pranjal (CEO)

to generate pipeline, book high-quality meetings with B2B fintechs, commercial banks, and credit unions, and quickly grow into owning deals end-to-end.

Month 1: You are a pipeline machine. Month 2: You’re leading calls. Month 3: You’re closing enterprise deals and flying to conferences with the CEO.

At Accend, you will

help build the playbook .

You’ll sit in the room when strategy decisions are made. You’ll join enterprise sales calls. You’ll attend banker conferences one week and fintech dinners the next.

This is the actually closest thing to being a founder without being a founder.

What You’ll Do Build & Execute Outbound

Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts

Research decision-makers (Heads of Credit, Chief Credit Officers, Lending Ops, Risk)

Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that drives responses

Consistently book qualified meetings every week

Test and iterate messaging to improve conversion rates

Own CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate CRM data across all pipeline stages

Ensure notes, next steps, and forecasting are always up to date

Track conversion metrics across the funnel

Build and maintain dashboards that show pipeline health and performance

Create repeatable workflows for lead routing, follow-ups, and stage progression

You won’t just “use the CRM.” You will help design how it supports revenue.

Use AI to Scale GTM

We are an AI-native company - our GTM motion should reflect that.

You will:

Use AI tools to research and qualify accounts at scale

Build AI-assisted personalization workflows

Identify buying signals using structured and unstructured data

Experiment with automation tools to increase output without sacrificing quality

Continuously optimize for leverage

2-4 years in SDR / AE / GTM at a fintech company/high-growth startup

Sold to fintechs, banks, or complex B2B buyers
