We are looking for energetic Seasonal Store Associates to support our retail team in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. The role involves interacting with customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in alignment with the adidas brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations by creating an emotional connection with every customer as an enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
Assist customers with product knowledge, fitting, and using the Brannock device.
Help maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Support inventory management and store operations during part‑time shifts.
Qualifications:
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Part‑time hours that vary based on business needs.
High school diploma or GED (required) or currently pursuing one.
Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Physical requirements: regularly talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle, reach, lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and meet vision requirements.
