What You’ll Do Responsibilities may include:
Assessing operational gaps, risks, and process breakdowns
Evaluating compliance exposure and internal process weaknesses
Strengthening operational alignment within federal or regulated environments
Developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Designing operational dashboards and measurable performance indicators
Improving workforce systems related to accountability, hiring alignment, and retention
Reviewing internal workflows, communication channels, and handoff points
Identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and operational risk reduction
Building a practical 6–12 month operational improvement roadmap
Recommending systems and leadership structures that support long‑term stability

Experience building
SOPs, dashboards, and scalable systems
Financial literacy and comfort evaluating operational cost structures
Ability to operate independently in a
1099 consulting capacity
Willingness to work in a
hybrid model , with periodic in‑person collaboration in the Dallas area
