Senior Digital Analyst

The Senior Digital Analyst plays a key role in delivering actionable insights that improve e-commerce performance, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness. This role reports to Digital Analytics leadership and partners closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Technology to analyze customer behavior, measure digital performance, and translate data into clear business recommendations. This person will own recurring reporting, support deeper ad hoc analyses, help shape measurement approaches for testing and optimization, and contribute to analytics implementation requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with business curiosity, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate complex findings in a simple, decision-oriented way. Key Responsibilities

Analyze digital performance, customer behavior, and historical trends to uncover actionable insights that improve conversion, customer experience, and revenue Build, maintain, and enhance recurring dashboards and KPI reporting that support daily, weekly, and seasonal business decision-making Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Technology to answer business questions through structured analysis and clear recommendations Support A/B testing and optimization efforts by helping define measurement plans, analyzing test results, and identifying opportunities for improvement Review on-site behavior across the purchase funnel and identify friction points, opportunities, and trends Translate large and complex data sets into concise, executive-friendly stories and recommendations Help define reporting requirements and tagging needs in partnership with business and technical teams to improve measurement quality and usability Provide analytics support during key promotional and holiday periods to inform timely decision-making in high-volume business moments Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Sigma or Tableau Strong SQL skills, ideally with experience querying clickstream or digital data in BigQuery or Snowflake Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret complex data Experience analyzing e-commerce or digital marketing performance, including channels such as paid search, SEO, email, display, and onsite experience Working knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement approaches Familiarity with website tagging, data collection, and analytics implementation concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with raw clickstream data and event-level analytics Experience with tag management or debugging tools such as Google Tag Manager Experience in retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced consumer-facing businesses Salary

Expected salary range: $115,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits
