We are looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team supporting the PMALL and Things Remembered eCommerce businesses. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights that improve conversion, customer experience, and overall digital performance. You will partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Technology teams to analyze customer behavior, evaluate marketing channel performance, and identify opportunities to drive growth.


This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex data into clear, business-focused recommendations and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyze digital performance across marketing channels and on-site customer behavior
  • Identify conversion opportunities and friction points within the customer journey
  • Build and enhance dashboards and recurring KPI reporting
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Technology teams on analytics needs
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by defining measurement plans and analyzing results
  • Provide insights to improve campaign performance and customer experience
  • Evaluate product and category performance to uncover growth opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-friendly recommendations
  • Support analytics needs during seasonal and promotional periods
  • Identify tagging gaps and partner with technical teams to improve data collection


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or business intelligence
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and digital analytics platforms
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large data sets
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools
  • Experience analyzing eCommerce or digital marketing performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting experimentation or A/B testing initiatives
  • Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clickstream or event-level data
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or tagging concepts
  • Experience in retail or eCommerce environments
  • Experience working with marketing channel analytics

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
