What You Will Do Senior level, hands-on Art Asset Manager to help scale and future-proof our Live Ops and Marketing art production pipelines. This is a force-multiplier individual contributor role, focused on building systems, pipelines, and standards that allow art production to operate efficiently.
As the Art Manager you’ll be in charge of defining production-ready art specs, managing asset integrity, aligning external partners, and evolving pipelines so they can scale.
You’ll work closely with Art Direction, Production, Live Ops, Marketing, and external partners to ensure art production is predictable, enforceable, and built for the future.
Manage the Live Ops Art Pipeline
Manage the end-to-end Live Ops art pipeline, including production workflows and best practices
Identify inefficiencies, ambiguity, and failure points and resolve them at a system level
Ensure pipelines are repeatable, scalable, and ready to support automation
Define & Enforce Art Production Standards
Help shape and enforce production-ready art specs in partnership with Art Direction and Marketing
Own asset correctness (formats, sizing, naming, technical requirements), intent, and usage context
Act as a source of truth for asset standards across Live Ops and Marketing
Align External Partners & Licensors
Work directly with outsource studios, vendors, and licensors
Ensure expectations, specs, and quality standards are clearly understood
Review work for spec compliance and production readiness
Partner closely with Art, Production, Live Ops, and Marketing teams
Translate creative intent into clear production constraints and specs
Surface risks early and proactively propose solutions
What We're Looking For
Senior-level experience in art production, pipelines, or art operations
Strong understanding of asset management, art specs, and outsource workflows
Comfortable enforcing standards while collaborating cross-functionally
Proactive problem-solver who surfaces issues early with solutions
Excellent communicator across creative, technical, and operational teams
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of live games development experience with at least 2 years managing successful art production pipelines
Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbal and written with all levels of the business
Sr level technical understanding of game development and art pipelines
Industry standard tool experience: E.G. Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Animate, Maya, and Unity
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
Bonus Points
Experience supporting Live Ops or high-frequency content pipelines
Experience working with licensed IP
Background collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams
