About the role As a Program Director, you will work with our customers in developing world‑class systems to support their business needs. The role demands a Delivery Architect who will not only do solutioning but also be engaged in delivery during all phases of the project. This is a hands‑on role best suited for a senior or principal engineer looking to transition into a client‑facing role and excited about the prospect of solving a variety of challenging engineering problems. Incedo teams are cross‑functional in nature and may be geographically distributed across the US and India.

Responsibilities
Work closely with project leads, peer engineers, and customers to develop and implement software solutions that meet customer requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with User Experience and business groups to solve end‑user problems and enable transformation.
Create technical architecture and design for software applications and systems, including web applications, microservices, persistence stores, and integration endpoints.
Develop proof‑of‑concepts and spikes to evaluate new technologies.
Clearly communicate problem analysis and design trade‑offs to clients.
Qualifications
15‑20 years of experience coding, designing, and delivering complex software solutions.
Experience evaluating competing design approaches and making effective trade‑offs in design and implementation.
Experience with current testing methodologies, test‑first development, BDD, unit and functional testing, and one or more frameworks (e.g., JUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Karma, Selenium).
Expertise in engineering best practices such as design patterns, customer‑centric design, test‑driven development, refactoring, code review, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security, and performance optimization.
Effective communication to explain complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, navigate ambiguous environments, and adapt quickly to change.
Strong problem‑solving skills working with User Experience and business groups.
Thought leadership and architectural best practices in the context of client situations.
