Sr. Business Development Executive
with proven success in staffing sales and business development. This is a hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, expanding enterprise accounts, and delivering staffing and consulting solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts with MSAs / MSPs / SOW / Staff Augmentation.
Build strong client relationships with hiring managers and executives.
Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top talent.
Negotiate and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
5+ years of staffing sales or consulting services experience.
Proven track record in new business development (hunting).
Experience with staff augmentation and SOW/project-based sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability.
