– we cover Copilot & GPT credits, share an evolving prompt‑library, and actively encourage new experiments in AI‑generated tests, reviews, and developer tooling. Tight senior team

– we earmark a portion of future revenue for an Abundance Fund supporting open knowledge projects. What You’ll Do Own the entire front‑end codebase—performance, accessibility, testing, and DX. Pair with the back‑end lead on schema evolution and data‑flow patterns. Embed AI into everyday dev workflows—linting, reviews, test stubs, docs. Mentor future hires and shape the engineering culture we scale around. 7+years
of professional front‑end engineering experience (or
5+years
with demonstrably rapid advancement and leadership impact). Deep React+TypeScript expertise and a track record of leading front‑end initiatives. Comfort working alongside async‑Python back ends and GraphQL (Relay experience a plus). A performance mindset—you monitor and optimise LCP, CLS, etc., not just ship features.
