Position Overview Sensis is seeking a senior, bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Director to lead and actively manage multiple healthcare and public sector accounts. This hybrid leadership role requires both high‑level strategic oversight and hands‑on day‑to‑day management. The candidate will shape long‑term strategy, lead executive‑level client conversations, and ensure flawless execution, integrating Spanish‑language campaigns into broader general market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership:
Serve as senior strategic lead and primary client contact; manage executive‑level client relationships with confidence and credibility; lead high‑stakes meetings and presentations; provide strategic direction across integrated marketing initiatives.
Day‑to‑Day Account Management:
Directly manage daily workflow and execution across internal teams; oversee timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables; identify risks early and proactively implement solutions; step in as needed to resolve issues and maintain momentum; review and elevate work before client delivery.
Multi‑Agency & Stakeholder Coordination:
Navigate complex stakeholder environments; ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration; drive accountability across internal teams and external partners; maintain alignment while protecting agency interests.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of agency account leadership experience.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
Significant healthcare marketing experience (payer, public health, Medicaid, ACA marketplace, or related sectors strongly preferred).
Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to operate successfully in multi‑agency environments.
Strong financial and operational management experience.
