As for the skills and experience we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction market Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills Strategic thinking with a big-picture mindset Strong coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to stay up to date with market and regulatory changes Diplomatic, proactive, and results-oriented Willingness to travel Job Description: Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels, Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships to promote the company, Maintaining connections with key owners and agencies in the relevant geographic area, Liaising with colleagues to develop strategies, Engaging with stakeholders to deliver results, Following the market, Preparing and negotiating designer and subcontractor agreements using company-approved processes and documentation, Preparing financial projections and company targets, Attending events such as industry outreach and informational conferences to gain local contacts and identify possible project work for the company, Preparing presentations and participating in meetings, Producing reports for management, Upholding and living the values of the organization and industry, To embody company values and ethics in all interactions with personal and professional contacts What we offer?
