Description
Major Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing our social media presence, coordinating customer sample programs, and developing sales presentations and marketing materials to support customer initiatives and product launches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media & Brand Management
Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Develop and publish engaging content aligned with company branding and sales initiatives.
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach and effectiveness.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to highlight new products, capabilities, and customer successes.
Sales Enablement & Presentation Development
Create high-quality sales presentations, product decks, and customer-facing materials to support sales initiatives.
Assist in developing materials for customer phase-in programs, product conversions, and launches.
Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, brochures, and digital assets.
Customer Sample Coordination
Manage customer sample requests from intake through shipment.
Coordinate internally with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Track sample usage and provide reporting on sample activity and customer engagement.
Maintain sample inventory and recommend replenishment strategies.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Assist with trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
Support promotional campaigns and customer communication efforts.
Maintain organized documentation, files, and marketing records.
Perform other marketing and sales support duties assigned.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or communications preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments is a plus.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and presentation design tools.
Familiarity with social media management platforms and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
High-energy, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
