Position Overview This full‑time Marketing Coordinator will work for EAH Corporate in San Ravel, CA. The role is hybrid remote and supports the Marketing Manager in a wide range of marketing initiatives including data maintenance, collateral production, digital marketing strategies, and website upkeep. The coordinator will also provide support and analysis for new business and uphold EAH Housing’s mission and core values. Create comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each property vacancy, considering target demographics, market trends, and property features. Attend property transition meetings and capture tasks for Asana. Coordinate advertising efforts for fee‑managed properties. Design marketing collateral for property transitions, including banners, signage, flyers, digital assets, and social media content. Support internal departments (Compliance, Management Team, HR, etc.) with marketing materials. Maintain and organize digital assets, implement file naming system, and manage the organization’s photography inventory. Plan and coordinate photoshoots, including booking photographers and facilitating final image delivery. Act as backup webmaster, assist with website maintenance, coordinate collateral across platforms (Mailchimp, Meta, etc.), and monitor the BBB platform. Assist with print production for collateral, Impact Reports, brochures, newsletters, and other documentation. Participate in the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan and maintain regular attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, Media Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or Urban Planning. At least 1 year of marketing design experience; experience in an affordable property management environment is a plus. Other Requirements Valid driver’s license and current DMV status. Reliable vehicle access and personal auto insurance as per EAH Housing minimum requirements. Background & Testing EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks and may require fingerprinting for certain roles. Successful completion of the background check and any required fingerprinting is a condition of employment.
