Overview
The Publishing & Audio Senior Executive reports to the Publishing & Audio Manager and is responsible for the team’s clients’ day-to-day Publishing and Audio media activity, overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands‑on across the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and buying to activation and performance analysis —while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Plan, buy, and manage multi‑channel Publishing & Audio campaigns (online & offline)
Own campaign delivery from brief to activation and reporting
Negotiate pricing and track performance against KPIs and quality targets
Work closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners
Coordinate assets, insertion orders, and campaign setup across platforms
Build insightful performance reports and turn data into recommendations
Support new business proposals and partner evaluationsHelp mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Experience in Publishing & Audio planning/buying
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Confidence working with data, Excel, and reporting tools
Understanding of digital media ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad serving, etc.)
Interest in wider channels like Paid Social, Search, and AV
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
A proactive mindset with solid problem‑solving and analytical skills
