
Business Development Center Sales Representative

Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping turn inbound leads into valuable sale opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing: Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries
Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and vehicle interests
Provide information on available inventory, dealership services, and current promotions
Highlight vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions to generate interest
Schedule appointments and connect customers with the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system
Collaborate with BDC team members, sales staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, and market trends
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales or customer service required
Automotive dealership or BDC experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone and virtual customer engagement skills
Strong sales instincts with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Experience using CRM systems and sales-related software
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed performance goals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving workplace
