
Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing brokerage in the insurance space, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their high-performing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a book of business, build meaningful client relationships, and directly impact revenue growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is not a back-office processing role — this position is designed for someone who wants to take initiative, contribute to growth, and be rewarded for performance.
What You’ll Do
Manage and retain a book of commercial lines business, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
Lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs
Identify gaps in coverage and proactively recommend additional products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a team-first environment
Handle day-to-day servicing, policy changes, and client requests with accuracy and urgency
Collaborate internally to ensure seamless execution and client experience
What We’re Looking For
3–8+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Experience managing client relationships and participating in renewals
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Interest in contributing to growth through cross-selling and account expansion
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Bonus
Experience working with healthcare-related accounts (hospitals, senior living, medical groups) or middle-market clients

Compensation
Base salary and additional commission based on book revenue
