
Enterprise Account Executive

SEBPO is looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Account Executive. To be successful in this role, a hunter's mentality, the ability to generate their own leads, and significant enterprise-level sales experience are needed. The Enterprise Account Executive will exhibit top-notch presentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills and have thorough experience in BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish connections with potential clients with a focus on selling services
- Focus on moving prospects through the sales funnel from a potential lead to a closed business
- Understand and clearly communicate SEBPO offerings through effective presentations, emails, and other communications
- Ability to listen and understand clients’ needs and suggest effective solutions
- Meet and/or exceed assigned revenue quotas and sales objectives
- Ability to develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Identify areas of an organization where outsourcing can be applied and work with the Solutions Consulting team to suggest comprehensive solutions to prospective clients
- Build SEBPO brand loyalty through leadership, representation, and professional networking
- Attend industry conferences and networking events regularly
- Entertain prospects, attend industry functions/outings, and travel as needed for introductory and discovery meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quota-carrying sales roles with a documented track record of overachievement in new business development
- Ability to work with internal staff (C-Level to Administration, Sales, Corporate Business Development, Delivery Centers) and C-suite client leaders to drive projects
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft and Google Workspace products
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic) for client meetings and presentations, conferences, and internal events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
- Knowledge of AI and various research tools is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Creativity and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with the BPO industry is preferred but not required
