Job Title : Senior Director, Demand and Growth

Reports To : Sr. Vice President, TOCA Soccer

Location : Remote – Dallas, TX

Hours Required : Full-Time, Exempt

Travel : Up to 25%

About The Role

The next generation of sports brands will not be built through traditional advertising — they are built through community, storytelling, and authentic experiences that resonate with players and fans. At TOCA, we believe soccer should live everywhere — on the field, in communities, and across digital platforms where players connect and share the game. We are seeking a Senior Director, Demand and Growth to build and lead the engine that fuels TOCA’s national expansion. This leader will architect systems that drive awareness, engagement, and participation across TOCA Centers — combining content, digital platforms, lifecycle marketing, and grassroots community activation into a unified growth engine. This role is ideal for a builder who understands how modern brands scale and is excited to help position TOCA as one of the most recognizable and culturally relevant platforms in soccer.

Your Game Plan Leadership & Team Development (35%)

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing growth team across social media, content, lifecycle marketing, and grassroots initiatives

Establish a culture that balances creative storytelling with performance-driven marketing

Set direction, priorities, and performance expectations for the growth function

Partner closely with operations and program leaders to ensure marketing efforts translate into real participation across TOCA Centers

Growth Systems & Brand Development (40%)

Design and scale marketing systems that drive awareness, engagement, and participation across TOCA’s network

Develop content strategies that turn everyday moments inside TOCA Centers into compelling, shareable stories

Build lifecycle marketing systems that convert interest into participation and sustain long-term engagement

Partner cross-functionally to align marketing with programs, operations, and in-center experiences

Continuously evaluate and evolve growth strategies based on performance, insights, and market trends

Performance & Brand Impact (25%)

Drive sustained increases in guest traffic, participation, and membership across TOCA Centers

Expand TOCA’s digital reach, engagement, and cultural relevance within the soccer ecosystem

Strengthen TOCA’s position as a leading brand in modern soccer experiences

Build scalable systems that support continued national growth

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience leading growth, marketing, or brand-building functions within consumer, sports, or multi-location organizations

Proven experience scaling digital platforms, community-driven brands, or high-growth businesses

Strong understanding of modern content ecosystems, creators, and lifecycle marketing

Experience building and leading high-performing teams

Ability to translate brand and marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes
