Kada Recruiting is partnering with a dynamic, award-winning integrated advertising agency known for its innovative campaigns and creative solutions. The agency works on food retail and CPG accounts with long-time customers and continued growth. They are located in Coral Gables and this is a hybrid work-from-home/in-office role.

We are recruiting a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join their creative team. As a Senior Art Director, you will lead and inspire the visual direction for client campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute cutting-edge campaigns across various mediums. This includes branding, logos, digital, packaging and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Oversee the development and execution of visual elements, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, and video content.
• Work with team on pitches, sharing creative concepts to clients, articulating ideas effectively and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to infuse fresh ideas into campaigns.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in art direction within an advertising agency or related CPG experience.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns across multiple mediums.
