What You’ll Do

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client activity daily

Work closely with existing clients who run frequent ads (daily/weekly schedules)

Execute quick-turn sales cycles with a focus on speed and accuracy

Handle order‑taking, updates, and campaign adjustments efficiently

Maintain strong organization across multiple active accounts and deadlines

Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay on top of deliverables

Balance client communication, order processing, and prospecting throughout the day

What You Bring

2–5+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (high-volume environments preferred)

Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, transactional sales setting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfort managing multiple clients and priorities at once

Quick decision-making and adaptability

Coachability and a strong work ethic

What Success Looks Like

First 3 months:

Learn systems, manage client flow, and build speed and confidence

6 months:

Handle high volume efficiently with strong accuracy and consistency

12 months:

Fully productive, managing a large book of business with ease

The hourly rate for this role will range between $17.00 and $19.24. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable
