Our Approach to AI At FieldWrk, AI is a design assistant — not the designer. We use it to explore visual directions, generate references, refine presentations, and speed up production tasks so we can focus on concept, craft, and execution.

Designers are expected to use AI intentionally and critically. Every visual must be shaped by your eye, judgment, and understanding of the brand. Submitting unedited AI‑generated visuals, relying on AI for concept development, or skipping the thinking behind the work is not acceptable.

AI Submission Note* AI is a great tool that can help structure thoughts, and we know it can provide complete responses to job postings. For this application, your final submission must be written in your own words and voice.
