Position Summary WOCOTM is seeking a creative and tech‑savvy Graphic Designer with AI experience to support our programs, campaigns, and organizational branding. This role will design high‑quality digital and print materials while using AI‑powered tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, meets deadlines, and aligns with WOCOTM’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and printed materials
Use AI design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Constant Contact, or similar platforms) to generate, enhance, and optimize visual content
Collaborate with program staff to develop visuals for community outreach, advocacy campaigns, and educational materials
Ensure all designs align with WOCOTM branding, messaging, and accessibility standards
Edit and revise designs based on feedback and project needs
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced nonprofit environment
Organize and maintain digital design files within shared platforms
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
Demonstrated knowledge of AI‑assisted design tools
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)
Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with nonprofit, advocacy, or community‑based organizations
Familiarity with social justice, equity, or women‑centered initiatives
Experience designing materials for virtual programs, toolkits, or training curricula
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices
