Work with
Threat Intelligence Analysts
and
Security Operations teams
to understand new threats, incidents, and remediation efforts. Translate highly technical cybersecurity findings into
clear, concise, and engaging blog posts, reports, and knowledge articles . Create
stories consumable for non-technical readers
while maintaining accuracy and credibility for technical audiences. Document incident response actions and remediation steps in a structured, easy-to-follow manner. Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., adversary tactics teams, intelligence analysts, leadership) to ensure alignment in messaging. Develop and maintain a repository of case studies, incident reports, and threat updates for internal and external audiences. Ensure consistency, readability, and accessibility across all cybersecurity-related content. Qualifications
Proven experience as a
technical writer, cyber journalist, or security communications specialist . Strong understanding of
cybersecurity concepts
(threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerabilities, adversary tactics). Ability to engage both technical professionals and general audiences through structured, impactful writing. Experience collaborating with
security operations and threat intelligence teams . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus: Background in
journalism, communications, or technical content strategy . A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is
$50/Hr to $60/Hr
