Job Description Pasadena, MD area Allstate Agent is hiring an out-going, career oriented, sales professional to join her team as a Licensed Sales Producer. As an Allstate Agency team member you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Allstate Insurance products.The position is full time with flexible hours during the week and occasional weekends.
Duties may include:
Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing, and prospecting activities
Relationship building
Calling, presenting, and selling Allstate Insurance products and services
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Identify prospective customers using established and creative lead methods
Build and maintain strong relationships with your policyholders and the community
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Qualifications
1+ years of successful sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
Licensed in Property & Casualty not required to apply but WILL BE REQUIRED to attain if hired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work irregular working hours when needed
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply!
