What You'll Earn
Base salary plus commission — total comp $50,000–$90,000+ annually
Performance bonuses tied to individual results
Residual renewal income as your book of business grows
What You'll Do
Consult with clients on personal and commercial insurance solutions
Manage the full sales cycle — quoting, presenting, and binding policies
Build referral relationships and develop a loyal client base
Grow and manage your personal book of business from day one
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty License preferred — unlicensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds will be considered
1–2 years in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Based in or near Irvine — this is an on-site role
