About The Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre‑qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high‑quality bath solutions directly in the customer’s home.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home presentations using our proprietary iPad‑based sales system
Participate in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen your skills
Utilize our software to build personalized bath designs
Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis
Educate homeowners on product features and benefits
What We Are Looking For
Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
Experience in home sales preferred; remodeling industry experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and disciplined
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment
Outgoing and personable personality
