About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a growing commercial insurance brokerage that is hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager in Shrewsbury, NJ. What You’ll Be Doing

Market accounts and negotiate terms with carriers

Manage renewals and new business submissions

Partner with underwriters and wholesale markets

Review policies for accuracy and ensure timely delivery

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support retention efforts and overall service excellence

What They’re Looking For

3+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience

Experience working directly with carriers

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

P&C license preferred
