Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
Participate in team activities according to team standards
Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties
Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
