We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a multi-site portfolio. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, with support from a property management assistant. Key responsibilities include developing and executing operating budgets, monitoring financial performance, overseeing tenant and capital improvement projects, and managing ongoing maintenance and repair efforts. This individual will also help drive cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with internal teams such as leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance, along with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, facility management best practices, and property management financials. Advanced Excel skills and a solid financial acumen are essential. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating complex challenges. Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset are key. Professional designations such as CPM, CSM, or CCIM are a plus. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in retail commercial property management Willingness to travel on a regular basis Experience with commercial facility operations and property-level financials Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Interest in leveraging technology and emerging tools (including AI) to improve processes and drive innovation
