Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Portfolio management reporting. Perform financial analysis on credits. Assist and observe the commercial lending underwriting process. Assist the credit department on their annual review of commercial credits. Prepare cash flows, debt to income, and loan to value worksheets. Enter data for financial covenants. Financial covenant review, input, and testing.
