Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 annually.
Job Summary This senior platform‑level role is within an owner/operator scaling its third‑party real‑estate services business. The director partners with senior leadership, including c‑suite exposure, and owns portfolio transitions, onboarding, and operating model standardisation across multiple assets, supporting the rollout of a multi‑market third‑party platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead portfolio transitions and onboarding of new assets.
Build and implement operating frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures.
Drive consistency of delivery across Property Management, Leasing, Construction, and Asset teams.
Support performance tracking through KPIs and reporting.
Act as the senior point of contact with ownership groups during key onboarding and delivery phases.
Desired Profile The ideal candidate has commercial acumen and comes from a third‑party environment, with experience in portfolio complexity, and is ready to shape how assets are delivered at a platform level.
