Senior platform-level role within an owner/operator scaling its third-party real estate services business
Direct partnership with senior leadership, including c-suite exposure
Ownership of portfolio transitions, onboarding, and operating model standardisation across multiple assets
High-visibility position supporting the rollout of a multi-market third-party platform
We see this suiting a commercially sharp, senior operator coming from a third-party environment who already understands portfolio complexity and is looking to move beyond running assets into shaping how they’re delivered. This is not a building role, it’s platform-level ownership with real accountability across assets and stakeholders.
The platform is actively scaling, with mandates already live across multiple markets and a growing presence in New York. The focus is on building a repeatable, institutional operating model across Class A office and mixed-use assets, where consistency, reporting standards, and client delivery are critical.
Day-to-day, the role leads portfolio transitions and onboarding of new assets, builds and implements operating frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures, and drives consistency of delivery across Property Management, Leasing, Construction, and Asset teams. You’ll also support performance tracking through KPIs and reporting, while acting as a senior point of contact with ownership groups during key onboarding and delivery phases.
This is for someone capable of operating at platform level and stepping into broader leadership as the business continues to scale.
