Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join Santos by Monica on a part-time basis. This role is centered around translating the brand into compelling, elevated content across Instagram Reels and TikTok.
You will be responsible for creating content on a weekly basis—either independently or occasionally working with models—to bring the world of Santos to life in a way that feels natural, aspirational, and visually refined.
This is not a high-volume content role. We value intention, taste, and storytelling over quantity.
Key Responsibilities
Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels & TikTok) on a weekly basis
Capture content in-store and on location that reflects the Santos aesthetic
Edit videos using tools like CapCut (or similar), with a strong sense of pacing and storytelling
Occasionally work with models to create elevated visual content
Stay aligned with brand tone: luxury, timeless, and design-driven
Contribute ideas for content concepts, series, and visual direction
Qualifications
Strong visual eye and sense of aesthetic aligned with Santos by Monica
Experience creating and editing short-form video content (CapCut preferred)
Comfortable shooting on iPhone or camera with strong framing and lighting awareness
Understanding of fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently and take creative ownership
Comfortable being on camera when needed
Knowledge of trends, but ability to interpret them in a brand-aligned way
Experience working with brands or within a fashion/creative environment
