As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the visual and verbal storytelling of major campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll partner closely with designers, media teams, social media teams, and account teams to turn strategic insights into powerful and effective campaigns spanning across all mediums. You bring high-level concepting, impeccable taste, and the ability to guide and inspire teams while delivering polished, production-ready work that wins business and awards.

Responsibilities
Lead the visual and verbal direction of integrated advertising campaigns (social, digital, TV/video, print/out-of-home, experiential, branded content, etc.)
Collaborate with other creative teams to generate original campaign ideas and translate them into compelling executions
Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, selling the work with clarity and enthusiasm
Direct photographers, illustrators, retouches, motion designers, 3D artists, and other external talent during shoots, post-production, and asset creation
Oversee and elevate the work of junior creative; provide constructive feedback and mentorship
Maintain brand consistency and visual/verbal excellence while pushing creative boundaries within strategic guardrails
Partner with account team and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and of the highest quality
Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, design innovation, and cultural movements to keep our work fresh and relevant
Contribute to agency new business pitches when needed
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in advertising within an advertising agency
Proven track record of producing highly effective creative campaigns that have won awards
Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Premier, After Effects, and AI-assisted creative tools
Experience art directing photo/video shoots and working with production teams
Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, composition, and visual/verbal storytelling
Ability to think strategically and connect creative decisions to business objectives
