The Foreign Trade Analyst manages import/export audits for Import Brokers, procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Additional Info

This role is located in Morton, IL and does not offer relocation. This role is 1st shift. This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules. What You Will Do

Coordinating procedures across functions for the import and export management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service. Auditing special programs of import/export accounts; assisting in the obtaining and preparing all necessary documentations in related logistics business. Using systems such as Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups), PowerBI, Access queries, and ONESOURCE. What You Have (Required Skills)

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Internal Resource Coordination: Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to ensure that internal resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of business objectives. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills)

Import/Export - MFG: Knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing and exporting; ability to import and export goods to and from international locations. Transportation - MFG: Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers. What You Will Get

$72,360.00 - $108,540.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
